How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Fulfillment of your order can take 2-5 business days, shipping times vary after your order has been fulfilled.

Why isn’t my country available for shipping?

Due to the VAT tax laws if you live in the UK + EU you have to have an order minimum of $185. If you are interested in placing an order and can reach the order minimum, please reach out. I realize $185 is a lot to spend at once, but it is the only way I can fulfill orders to the EU without being required to pay taxes in those countries. Group orders are encouraged. 😊

What is your Return Policy?

Who are your favorite Kpop groups?

I’m constantly changing who my faves are. My Ults are Got7, Stray Kids, BTS, Ateez, and have been recently getting into OmegaX. I need more girl groups to listen to, so any recommendations are welcome!
